Tucked inside Scotts Square along Orchard Road, the menu centres on hand rolls made fresh to order with Haenuki rice from Yamagata and crisp Setouchi nori, alongside a curated matcha programme featuring ceremonial-grade matcha from Japan.
Our Rice & Nori
We use glossy, plump Haenuki rice from Yamagata Prefecture, lightly seasoned with premium red sushi vinegar from Gifu for a gentle sweetness and aromatic depth. Each roll is wrapped in Nico Nico Yaki Nori from Setouchi, selected for its clean ocean savouriness and delicate, crisp snap.

Kinako Matcha
Matcha layered with house-made kinako paste and Japanese brown sugar syrup, finished with soft kinako foam for a warm, nutty flavour.
Our specialty matcha drinks are made with ceremonial-grade matcha from Nishio, Japan and layered with house-made creams, pastes and foams.

Our handrolls come with a special wrapper to help keep the seaweed crisp. Simply pull the wrapper before eating and enjoy it fresh.
